Your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy explains what information Aisist collects, how it’s used, and your rights as a user.

1. Data Collection and Storage

Aisist does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or chat-related data.

All of your pinned chats, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using Chrome’s storage.local API.

No conversation content, personal identifiers, or authentication details are sent to any external server.

2. Permissions Used

• storage — Used solely to save and retrieve pinned chat information and user preferences within the extension.

No other Chrome permissions are used.

3. Analytics and Usage Metrics

To help us understand how Aisist is being used and improve its functionality, we use PostHog, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics platform.

PostHog collects anonymous usage events (e.g., when the extension is installed, opened, or when a chat is pinned).

These events:

• Contain no chat content or user-identifiable data.
• Are used only for aggregated usage statistics (e.g., how often features are used).
• Are not shared with advertisers or third parties.
